Both. OSI Chat is a public OSIBytes service. Staff get full ops tools; customers access what their organization subscription includes.

How do I pay?

Plans are fulfilled through accounts.osibytes.com (invoices, cards, org billing). Subscribe forms also notify sales for onboarding.

Already have SSO?

Sign in with SSO and you will land in the app. No second password for chat/AI when SSO is set up.
